Our Team

Svetlana Kamyshanskaya is the founder of Primum Law Group and a business attorney with more than two decades of experience advising companies on corporate strategy and international transactions. A UC Berkeley School of Law graduate, she works with entrepreneurs and growing businesses to structure deals, navigate cross-border opportunities, and build strong legal foundations for growth.
